What can I expect from the event?
Anime fans have a reason to celebrate as NARUTO THE GALLERY makes its entrance in Seoul. Following its highly successful showing in Japan at Akiba Square in Akihabara UDX and Universal Studios Singapore, the exhibition in Seoul will bring to life the iconic world of shinobi (ninja) created by Masashi Kishimoto. From character profiles to pivotal scenes, visitors will journey through over 20 years of shinobi history, experiencing powerful imagery and reliving the epic saga. The Gallery offers an immersive exploration of the narrative and history of Naruto through six meticulously curated galleries with storyboards, character art and video displays.

The experience is located at B1/B2 of Kakao Friends Flagship Store, Hongdae.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend around an hour at this experience.
Is there parking available?
There is paid limited parking available at the building so we recommend you travel via public transport. The subway will be a more viable option as we are located just a few minutes away from the Hongdae station.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
A specially curated merchandise collection awaits fans at the end of the exhibition. The official Naruto the Gallery merchandise (from Japan) includes exclusive items such as a 20th anniversary collection of tin badges, character acrylic collectibles, tote bags, apparel, mini cards, Furoshiki (wrapping cloths) and much more.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What Is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Following the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket and you won’t be able to enter before your session time. If you happen to arrive late, you will only be allowed to enter at least 15 minutes after the session time starts. After these 15 minutes you will need to buy the Flex add on to enter any session time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, but service animals are definitely welcome!
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping is not allowed. Also, kindly note that food and beverage is not allowed inside the experience other than bottled water.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Our apologies as this experience is not accommodated for the visually impaired. We will do our best to make all our experiences inclusive in the future.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@groupime.com
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement for this experience. Child tickets are also available for ages 12 and below. Kids under 36 months do not need a ticket.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
